During the video, the two young man have been violently insulted and even physically attacked. Homosexuality is not illegal in Russia, but LGBT communities have complained of increasing harassment in recent years, and the law against "homosexual propaganda" is a particular source of concern. At least this video, viewed almost 1.4 million times since being posted Sunday, sparked a critical debate about their own society.
