Protection against discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation, gender identity and sex characteristics in the EU

The Fundamental Rights Agency published in december 2015 an updated comparative legal analysis on discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation, gender identity and sex characteristics.

The FRA regularly carries out studies on the situation and rights of LGBTI people in the European Union. The 2015 version focuses on the protection of LGBTI people against discriminations.
