The new book by Ta-Nehisi Coates about being black in the United States of America.

"Between the world and me" is the latest book of Ta-Nehisi Coates, national correspondent at The Atlantic and major intellectual figure in the USA. This piece is an open letter of a father to his 14-year-old son about being black in the US: "Here is what I would like for you to know. In America, it is traditional to destroy the black body — it is heritage.”  This book reminds us that even if there are progress in the US on human rights, after the Confederate flag had fallen and gay mariage being legalized accross the country, there are still major steps to achieve particulalry with regards to race equality.
