Les votes pour élire le ou la prochain-e ambassadrice-eur de l'égalité femmes-hommes dans les entreprises belges sont maintenant ouverts ! Denis Stokkink, président Pour La Solidarité, est un membre du jury des Wo.Men @ Work, et Pour La Solidarité encourage cette initiative ! Le Wo.Men @ Work Award organisé par JUMP présente cette année les nominé-es suivant-es :

• Sabine Sagaert, présidente de Cargill : "Embracing diversity is critical. Society is changing and we have to evolve with it. Studies have proven that companies embracing diversity perform better. As a leader I take this seriously and act as role model to support gender equity. It is my accountability to spread the word to all women in organisations that if they want to have a career, they can and we will support them to do so !"

• Alexander Von Maillot, PDG de Nestlé Belgilux : "My vision is to make gender equality discussions obsolete because we reached a status where it is a natural behaviour of leaders and organisations to respect and treat equally women and men."

• Grégor Chapelle, directeur général d'Actiris : "To me, diversity and gender equality are a pride, a wealth and a strength. In terms of individual actions, I took paternity leave and encourage others to do the same, I openly reject manrupting and all forms of discrimination and I pay attention to equal gender participation in my day-to day activities."
